This is a small registry tweak that lets you personalize your Internet Explorer's title bar.Title bar is the blue bar which appears at the top of the screen when you open Internet Explorer.It contains the name of website you are visiting or some text which the web designer wants to display. This text is followed by the letters "-Microsoft Internet Explorer".
Below you can see BinaryShack followed by "-Microsoft Internet Explorer".
Incase you want to give a personalized look to the title bar and instead of displaying "-Microsoft Internet Explorer" want to show some other text, do this.
1.Goto start->Run.
2.Type "regedit"(without quotes)in the Run box and hit enter.
3.Browse to the following folder in the registry(just double click each sub folder): HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\INTERNET EXPLORER\MAIN
4.Right click "Main" ->New->"String Value".A new string value will appear in the right hand side window.
5.Right click the new string value and rename it as "Window Title".
6.Right click "Window Title" and choose modify.In the Value data field,enter the text you want to display in the title bar. eg. "geeks rule"
7.Click save and close the registry. You are Done.
8.Open IE and notice the change .
 Incase you want to roll back the change, just delete "Window title" string which you created ,by right clicking on it and selecting delete.
